Favourite thing about HR.
I like the variety HR brings — no two days are the same. It’s rewarding to help clients work through challenges and see the positive impact. Most days and weeks are very eventful.

Previous work experience & qualifications.
I spent the first 6 years of my HR career in the world of demolition, then moved onto the NHS for 6 years before joining HR Alchemy in January 2022.

Favourite things.
Being with my family and friends, holidays and drinking wine.
