Senior HR People Adviser

I’m the youngest of four siblings. Married to James and we have a little boy, Henry. We have a goldfish called Little Baby I’m the only one that remembers to feed him!

Favourite weekend activities.
Spending time with family and friends, eating out, going to the cinema or Boro match.

Favourite thing about HR.
I love the variety it offers; no two days are ever the same, so it never gets dull. I like building relationships with people and helping to find solutions to problems.

Previous work experience & qualifications.
I studied Law at university and worked at a local firm of solicitors before moving into HR. I’ve spent ten years working in HR in the housing sector for Beyond Housing, before joining HR Alchemy.

Your favourite things.
Spending time with family and friends followed closely by eating chocolate.
